Geo Charlie Riley, his ten-year-old owner, was saved by Geo, a lovely half-German shepherd. A vehicle suddenly sped onto the pavement and raced right at Charlie as he was playing with his pet on the street.
The dog pulled Charlie aside right away and took the majority of the impact from the approaching truck. When Geo was flung onto the road, the truck struck the unfortunate animal once more as it tried to flee the situation.
The courageous dog amazingly lived, but he suffered several internal wounds, fractured legs, and a broken spine. Thankfully, prompt veterinary care prevented Geo’s death, but he had to go through a protracted recovery process.
The dog is now in perfect health. He takes pleasure in living with his family, who are eternally thankful to him for rescuing their kid.
