August turns 20 and surpasses all other dogs of her type as the oldest canine in the world.

August is probably the most well-known golden retriever on the entire globe. August lives with her owner there. She was 14 years old when she approached them. Retrievers are prone to sickness and have an average lifetime of 10 years.

The owners were worried that as a result, the dog wouldn’t live long with them. August was still plainly healthy and active two or three years later. Everyone also believed she had a long lifespan as a dog.

The owner responds, “Considering she was 14 years old when we obtained her, and we have no idea how she was cared for previously, we assume it simply has to do with wonderful traits,” when asked what the key to a dog’s longevity is.

Currently, August is battling several ailments. Her health does not worsen, however, and is steady as a result of the quick treatment and preparedness.

August’s owners claimed that despite being a little slower than other dogs, she still enjoys a variety of activities with her family, including splashing in puddles and watching TV. Agust could be the world’s nineteenth-oldest dog.
