When two police officers found this kitten, the story of an adorable cat seen walking the streets of North Carolina alone changed. They stopped to see if they could help after spotting the small fur ball.
They searched the entire area, but nobody appeared to have claimed it. Police searched the area to try and locate the kitten’s mother or owner, but they were unable.
The police took the small cat along on patrol and carried him about all day since they couldn’t give up on him because he was vulnerable and had nowhere else to go. Despite the lovely cat’s lack of friendliness, he started to open up as the officer softly patted him.
The small cat quickly decided that this was the ideal place for her to join them, and jumped up onto her rescuer’s shoulders. The cat sprang onto the officer’s shoulders and emitted a brief, happy purr as if to thank him for keeping him safe and secure.
