The star of “The Mummy,” Brendan Fraser, gained up to 270 kg. Fans were disturbed by recent photographs.

He transformed himself for his role in Darren Aronofsky’s play Whale. The initial picture taken on the set was shared on Twitter by the A24 movie studio.

The film is a part of the official schedule for the 79th Venice International Film Festival, which takes place from August 31 to September 10. In the first set of production shots, the actor is only visible from the top of his head, but it is immediately clear that he has completely changed into the main character, a hazy figure.

Keith tells the story of Charlie, a man who gained as much as 270 kg after bingeing on food and splitting up with his fiancée.

The protagonist tries to make amends with Ellie, his 17-year-old daughter, who is angry with him for betraying his family.

There must be something there that we haven’t yet noticed. That is all I can say. It undoubtedly falls short of what I’ve accomplished in the past, but I’m not trying to be modest. He says, “I look forward to your adoration.”
Brendan Fraser has recently gained a lot of weight as a result of mishaps and personal troubles he encountered while filming The Mummy. This wasn’t always the case, though; throughout his formative years, his excellent shape made many others jealous.

When the actor was younger, he had an athletic build.

Brendan Fraser was in danger of abandoning his work due to his weight issue.

Think about the period in the actor’s life when there wasn’t much work. He dived headfirst into each project. On the third “Mummy” set, he cracked a rib, ruptured an intervertebral disc, injured his knee, and damaged his vocal chord.

Brendan spent a lot of time in the hospital up until 2015 to improve his health. This, as previously said, is one of the elements causing the actor’s unexpected weight increase.
